The mission of the Woman's Department Club is to promote the cultural, educational and mental development of women,  and to be a power of good in the community.

Our History

The Woman's Department Club was founded in June of 1920 with a charter membership of 237 ladies. Since that time, the Woman’s Department Club of Terre Haute has evolved while staying true to its mission of promoting the cultural, educational and mental development of women, and to be a power of good in the community. Whether your interest is in the arts, gardening, mentoring young women or all of the above, the Woman’s Department Club has numerous options to get involved.
